How Hold Packet works
02 — Set the filing team
Choose the people and place.
Select the facility, required attending, and an additional provider when the packet calls for one. Wet signing remains the default.
03 — Bring over the patient header
Paste from the chart. Check once.
Copy the Epic patient header or Rocky Mountain Regional VA patient-information block as text. The form details fill locally for you to verify; VA SSNs and claim numbers are ignored.
